A passionate mental health advocate  who encourages others to free themselves of what's weighing them down in a safe and non-judgmental space.


Above all else, a mother to four children and two dogs.  When not mothering or listening, you can find me golfing on the bad, free golf course.  IYKYK

To offer an alternative (or supplement) to conventional therapy.  


For individuals, there can be  obstacles to seeing a therapist.  Stigma, schedules and/or finances, just to name a few.


In a group setting, having on-site access to The LISTENER on a recurring basis can promote a culture of health for your company or organization.

There is a $20/20 minute fee for appointments.  In-person appointments are one hour.  Virtual appointments are 20 or 40 minutes.


No advice will be given, simply a place to purge.  Good or bad:  GET IT OFF YOUR CHEST.
